Rafael Herrera, CTS, CWA, is an accomplished audio visual professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Master Technician/Audio Visual Lead at Mason Technologies Inc. since December 2017, Rafael leads various projects and showcases a wide range of technical expertise. Prior to this role, experience includes a tenure at Hank Lane Music as a drummer, where live music was tailored for diverse events from weddings to award shows. Rafael also worked with AVI-SPL as a Lead Fabrication Technician, focusing on audio visual systems design and team training, and held technician positions at Video Corporation of America and Monolith Modular Systems, Inc. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sound Engineering/Music from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
