Rachael Fagan is a Senior Quality Engineer at Mason Technology, with extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs within the biotechnology and diagnostics sectors. Previous roles include Contractor QA Specialist (Lead Investigator) at Pfizer and QA RA Manager at HiberGene Diagnostics, where responsibilities encompassed document control, management of eQMS, and risk management. Rachael has received ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor training and served as a Management Representative during external audits. Additional experience includes positions at UCD National Virus Reference Laboratory and the Department of Clinical Genetics, as well as customer service roles early in Rachael's career. Rachael holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from University College Dublin and a BA in Genetics from Trinity College Dublin.
