Don O'Bannon

Don T. O’Bannon is Outside Legal Counsel for Mason Tillman Associates, providing legal advice to the firm. He holds a B.A. from Dartmouth and a J.D. from the University of Virginia, with an emphasis in Government. Attorney O’Bannon is nationally recognized for his application of the USDOT DBE regulations, 49 CFR Part 26 and 23. At Mason Tillman, Don provides legal analysis and designs constitutionally sound diversity and inclusion programs.
