Josie Polis

Josie Polis has extensive work experience in sales and marketing roles. Josie began their career with Eastern Ohio Physicians Organization as a Sales Representative and Group Purchasing specialist, where they marketed and sold service bureau products and negotiated pricing with pharmaceutical companies. Josie then joined Riverlake Home Healthcare as a Sales Representative and Community Educator, where they increased patient referrals by conducting educational meetings with medical personnel, organizing health fairs, giving presentations at senior groups, and meeting with social workers and discharge planners. Josie later worked at Park Vista Retirement Community as the Marketing and Sales Director, consistently exceeding sales expectations and achieving a full census capacity. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania.

Josie Polis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science with a specialization in Healthcare Marketing from Youngstown State University. Additionally, they hold an Associate Degree in Applied Science with a focus in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the same university.
