Pam Formica has extensive work experience in the finance and mission development fields. Pam started their career in 1992 as an Assistant Controller at Masonic Homes, where they worked until 2002. From 2002 to 2015, they served as the Vice President of Finance at Brethren Village. Since 2015, Pam has been working at Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania, first as the Vice President of Mission Development until 2018, and now as the Chief Financial Officer.
Pam Formica obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown College, completing their studies between 1985 and 1989.
