Rachel Ramsay

Rachel Ramsay has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Masonicare since July 2020. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Gems Sensors for 15 years as an HR Generalist, where responsibilities included consulting with management on HR issues and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Rachel began their HR career at Konover Construction Corporation as a Human Resources Representative from 2001 to 2005, focusing on employee benefits, HRIS management, and recruitment processes. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Saint Joseph.
