Chef 2 began their culinary journey at the Taj Mahal hotel in New Delhi, India. They then moved to Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces where they worked as a senior chef de partie. In 2010, they became a stagiere at Alinea restaurant in Chicago. The following year, they worked as a stagiere at Restaurant Noma in Denmark. In 2012, they moved to New York to work as an assistant executive sous chef at The Pierre hotel. The following year, they became a senior sous chef at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts. In 2014, they moved back to the United States to work as an executive sous chef at Masque Restaurant. They are currently a member of the catering team at Masque Restaurant.
Chef 2 attended the institute of hotel management,gurdaspur for their masters degree and then went on to the culinary institute of america for their masters degree. After that, they attended cornell university for their masters degree.
