Prior to this role, Houssam held various positions at Ernst & Young from 2003 to 2024, including Partner for MENA Banking & Capital Markets and Partner for Financial Services Advisory, contributing significantly to financial services transformation. Additionally, Houssam was a Global Accelerator Expert at the Hult Prize Foundation from May 2021 to January 2024. Houssam holds an MBA in Strategy & Organizational Leadership from IMD, a Nanodegree in Fintech from MIT, and a BBA in Business-Finance from the American University of Beirut.
