Muhammad Shareef

Muhammad Shareef is currently working as a Service Desk Technician at Masraf Al Rayan since July 2021. Prior to this role, Muhammad worked as an IT Officer at Al Khaleej Takaful Insurance Company Q.P.S.C. for six years. With a background in providing 1st and 2nd line IT support and maintaining high levels of customer service, Muhammad also has experience as a Service Desk Analyst at Masraf Al Rayan and as a Desktop Support Engineer at Aster DM Healthcare. Muhammad holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Calicut-Jdt Islam Arts&Science.
