Katie Lascaleia

Katie LaScaleia currently serves as the Statewide Volunteer Program Coordinator at Mass Audubon, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Katie worked at Thrive Scholars, progressing from Program Manager to Senior Program Manager for Communications & Events from May 2022 to December 2023. Katie's experience also includes serving as the Measurement & Improvement Coordinator at Boston After School & Beyond and a Youth Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps. As a Senior Fellow and Fellow with the Massachusetts Promise Fellowship, Katie mentored other Fellows and managed social media accounts. Katie holds a B.A. in Government with a minor in Justice & Peace Studies from Georgetown University and an M.S. in Nonprofit Management with a concentration in Global Studies from Northeastern University.
