Madison Trepanier, MPP, is a dedicated professional with a strong background in public policy and operations management. Currently serving as Program Manager at the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative since July 2023, Madison previously held the position of Project Manager in operations at the same organization. From February 2022 to August 2023, Madison worked as a Policy Fellow at the Massachusetts Competitive Partnership, focusing on creating meeting materials, analyzing data for policy reports, and tracking project updates. Madison's service industry experience includes roles at Premiere on Broadway and Johnny's Roadside Diner, where skills in customer service, conflict resolution, and management were honed. Madison also contributed to academic research as a Co-Author at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and gained grassroots campaign experience as a Congressional Campaign Intern. Madison holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, both from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative was founded in 1982 as the Massachusetts Technology Park Corporation. It was established by the legislature to advance the growth of the technology sector of the state’s economy. The enabling legislation is available here.
