Hayley Roberts is currently serving as the Sales & Strategic Accounts Lead at MASS, where management of key relationships in the UK defence and government sectors is a primary focus. Previously, Hayley held the role of Business Development Manager at Marlborough Communications Limited, specializing in understanding complex requirements and fostering innovative solutions for the UK Ministry of Defence. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior ICT Project Manager at The Trussell Trust, where project management and beneficial organizational change were emphasized. Hayley's extensive background with the UK Ministry of Defence spans over 13 years, featuring positions such as Cyberspace Communications Manager and Information Technology Manager, which involved leading teams and ensuring robust communications capabilities for the RAF. Hayley's foundational education was completed at Weatherhead High School for Girls.
