Caitlin Taylor is an accomplished professional in the fields of design, architecture, and sustainable food systems. As the Founder and Principal of Midcourse Design & Development since May 2024, Taylor focuses on rebuilding regional food infrastructure essential for local food economies. Taylor also serves as Co-Owner of FOUR ROOT FARM in East Haddam, CT, an organic vegetable and cut flower farm since December 2014. Additional significant roles include Consulting Principal at MASS Design Group and Interim Managing Director at Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture. Previously, Taylor held positions at Yale School of Architecture, Water Pore Partnership, Centerbrook Architects, and Rafael Vinoly Architects. Educational achievements include a Master's of Architecture from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts in Genetics and Biochemistry from Wesleyan University.
