Mass Excavation, Inc. (Mass X) is a highly capable and seasoned
civil contractor established in 2004. In our nearly 20-
year history, we’ve provided our customers with the depth of
experience to take a project from initial concept stage to final
completion. Since our founding, we have completed more
than 300 diverse projects throughout Alaska , including heavy
highway, commercial and industrial site development, road
maintenance and public works services, including landfills,
waste management facilities, utilities and environmental work
scopes.
The Mass X team is a well-respected group of Alaskan professionals
that bring extensive history, developed over decades
of working across Alaska. The success of any project depends
heavily upon the ability to adapt,develop, and build good
working relationships with everyone involved. We approach
every issue with the utmost integrity to build trust among
all stakeholders, foster free communication, and build team
confidence throughout the project.
Mass X’s range of projects includes private, state, municipal,
and federal contracts located throughout Alaska. As a company
we have worked on projects from Fairbanks to the
Kenai Peninsula. Our staff has worked from Prudhoe Bay to
Annette Island on the Alaska Panhandle and from Northway
to Shemya Island at the end of the Aleutian Chain. There
are few places in Alaska that have not been covered by the
expertise within our current staff.
