Dawn McDonough

Dawn McDonough is an experienced professional in product management and operations, currently serving as the Manager of Commercial Product Operations at Mass General Brigham Health Plan since June 2017. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at Anthem from January 2015 to June 2017, and Product Manager at Neighborhood Health Plan from February 2012 to January 2015. Dawn also worked as a Product Implementation Coordinator at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from March 2003 to February 2012. A graduate of Clark University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Culture, earned between 1998 and 2002, Dawn's educational background also includes attendance at Pinkerton Academy from 1994 to 1998.
