Brianna Dube

Brianna Dube, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Mass General Brigham since June 2022, Brianna provides guidance to the Employee Relations team and ensures compliance with employment regulations. Prior to this, Brianna held several positions at American Renal Associates, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included supporting field management and developing training programs. Additional experience includes roles as a Human Resources Supervisor, Generalist, and Administrative Assistant, as well as an internship at Lahey Health Behavioral Services and positions in customer service. Brianna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colby-Sawyer College.
