Bricenia Cruz

Bricenia Cruz currently serves as the Manager of Special Housing Initiatives at Pine Street Inn, a position held since July 2008, with previous roles including Clinical Case Manager and interim positions within the organization. Bricenia directly supervises a team of five Rehab Specialists, providing community-based flexible supports to over 80 clients with histories of homelessness and mental illness. Additionally, Bricenia facilitates training sessions as a CPI Associate Instructor and has experience coordinating services and managing caseloads to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Prior to this, Bricenia worked at Riverside Community Care as a Case Manager and held various positions at McDonald's Corporation and Mass Health Prior Approval. Education includes a Certificate in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from the Latino Behavioral Health Institute, an Associate's Degree in Human Services from Bunker Hill Community College, and ongoing studies toward a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science from Northeastern University, along with a certificate in Psychiatric Rehabilitation.
