Denise Borgesano

Denise Borgesano, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in workforce integrations and strategic HR initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Integrations-HR at Mass General Brigham since March 2017, Denise leads HR strategy and projects for the organization. Previous roles include Human Resources Director for Salem Hospital & North Shore Physicians Group, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner supporting various corporate departments at Partners Healthcare. Denise's earlier experience encompasses positions at Winchester Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, Adecco, and United Personnel, showcasing a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
