Gene Mysen

Gene Mysen is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in genetics research and clinical applications. Currently serving as a Senior Technologist at Mass General Brigham since December 2019, Gene also works as a Principal at Promyse Systems since October 2021. Previously, Gene held the position of CTO at Revolution Financial Technology, Inc. from November 2016 to December 2019 and served as Senior Director of Technology at Sapient for nearly two decades. Additional experience includes roles as Lead Developer at Abraxas Technologies and Senior Developer at Infotech. Gene began a career in technology as a Systems Programmer at Workgroup Systems and Computer Programmer at Logistic Technologies. Gene obtained education from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.
