Glendaly Pena

Glendaly Pena, MPH, serves as the Director of Community Health Programs and Director of Health Equity at Mass General Brigham since March 2024. Previously held the position of Associate Vice President of Operations and Director of Site Operations at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center from December 2018 to March 2024. Glendaly's experience also includes roles as Operations Manager of Inpatient Services and Quality Data Manager at Lawrence General Hospital from September 2015 to November 2018. Additional positions held include Data Analyst and Quality Improvement Specialist at Lynn Community Health Center, Peer Advisor, Administrative Assistant, and Health Educator at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Health Educator/Epidemiologist Assistant at Centro de Salud Publica, and Research Assistant at Harvard Medical School. Glendaly earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Policy and Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
