Jason Heyd

Jason Heyd is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in management and technical architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Technical Architect at Mass General Brigham since 2007, Jason has successfully transformed enterprise observability tools and revamped disaster recovery frameworks. Prior roles include Manager of Compass Technical Services at Mass General Brigham, managing critical infrastructure and application support for an enterprise-wide electronic medical records system, and Manager of Operations & Customer Delivery at Intuit, where Jason oversaw application support and customer service operations. Additional experience includes serving as Information Security Manager at Partners HealthCare, Vice President of Information Technology at USDataCenters, Chief Operations Architect at Lycos, and Computer Systems Administrator at the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center. Jason holds a BA in Philosophy and Political Science from Juniata College and furthered education at the University of Pittsburgh.
