Jennifer Finefield has extensive experience in business development and licensing within the biomedical field. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development & Licensing at Mass General Brigham since June 2018, Jennifer has held several roles within the organization, including Associate Director and Senior Licensing Manager. Previously, Jennifer was the Senior Innovation Manager at Indiana University's Innovation and Commercialization Office, where management of over 225 inventions and conducting comprehensive marketability and patentability analyses were key responsibilities. Prior roles at Indiana University Research and Technology Corporation and Colorado State University involved technology management and post-doctoral research in organic chemistry. Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Colorado State University, a Master's in Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Illinois State University.
