John Zielke

John Zielke is currently a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at Mass General Brigham in the AIM Lab, specializing in Deep Learning in Medicine since March 2024. Previously, John worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Snke OS from July 2022 to February 2024, where development focused on Deep Learning models for 3D Anatomy Analysis. An earlier position as a Student Research Assistant at the Technical University of Munich involved creating an AI for automatic severity classification of Covid infections using X-Ray images. As a Software Engineer at Daimler TSS GmbH from October 2015 to September 2019, John was responsible for developing Infrastructure-as-Code, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing backend services. John holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Computing from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor of Science in Informatik from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
