Lindsay Gainer

Lindsay Gainer, RN, MSN is currently serving as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Mass General Brigham Medical Group, where Lindsay oversees administrative staff, management systems design, and day-to-day operations. Prior to their current role, Lindsay held various leadership positions in organizations such as MGH Institute of Health Professions, North Shore Medical Center, Boston Children's Hospital, and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With a strong background in nursing and healthcare administration, Lindsay has played a key role in implementing innovative practices and improving patient care processes throughout their career.
