Rebecca Lee, MD, MHCM, serves as the inaugural Associate Chief Medical Officer for the Mass General Brigham Medical Group, where responsibilities include implementing the For Every Patient quality strategy. With a solid background in internal medicine, Rebecca has held various leadership positions, including Medical Director of Population Health and Primary Care at North Shore Health System as well as Senior Medical Director of Population Health and Primary Care at Partners HealthCare. Previous experience includes Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from UMass Chan Medical School, a Master's degree in Health Care Administration and Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Dartmouth College.
