Scott McNeal

Scott McNeal is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in innovation and research management. Currently serving as Vice President of Innovation at Mass General Brigham since April 2001, McNeal directs strategic planning to enhance operational efficiency and long-term success. Previously held the role of Corporate Director for Research Applications and Analytics, leading the development of a major management system for the organization’s extensive research activities. As Vice President at Research Insight, McNeal is the chief product owner of an enterprise research administration platform utilized by a large network of researchers. McNeal has a diverse background, including project management roles at Braingem, LLC, Sapient, and Public Consulting Group, Inc., as well as an internship at The White House. McNeal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Northeastern University.
