William Petty

William Petty currently serves as the Senior Vice President of HR Operations at Mass General Brigham, where responsibilities involve driving HR transformation through customer-centric services, advanced technology solutions, and data-driven insights to enhance employee experience for a workforce of 100,000. Previously, William held positions at RTX, including Vice President of Global HR Operations and Executive Director of Global HR Operations, leading significant global transformation initiatives and overseeing high-volume HR transactions for 160,000 employees across multiple regions. Earlier roles at Carrier and Honeywell included senior roles in human resources and employee relations, alongside extensive experience starting as Director of Human Resources at Liberty Resources.
