Searra Grubbs

Searra Grubbs is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, consulting, and customer service. Currently serving as a Call Center Agent at MCI Mass Markets, Searra has also held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Ole Wretched Man Ministry, a nonprofit organization focused on uplifting individuals. Searra owns and operates Queen Sea LLC, a consulting firm that offers services in advertising, marketing, management, and employee training. Prior experience includes working as a caregiver for SARCOA and a cashier at Food Depot. Searra holds a Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Troy University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminalistics, also from Troy University and Wallace Community College, respectively.
