Addison MacDonald serves as the General Manager for the Performing Arts, Film, and Museum experiences at MASS MoCA since January 2019. Prior experience includes Theatre Manager at The Academy of Music Theatre from September 2016 to January 2019, overseeing front of house operations and staff. At Smith College, from October 2010 to May 2016, Addison held the position of Director of the Smith College Conference Center, managing events and fostering relationships with vendors and clients. Previously, from June 2005 to October 2010, Addison worked as Special Projects/Theater Manager for the Eastern Region at the Directors Guild of America. Addison completed a degree at Kenyon College between 1997 and 2001.
