Mike Subocz

Mike Subocz has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Mike started their career as Chief Estimator at METALfx in 1984 and worked there until 1988. In 1988, they joined Uni-fab Industries Inc. Sheetmetal, Machining as a Programmer, where they were responsible for CNC coding and planning. Mike worked there until 1990. From 1990 onward, they have been working at MASS Precision as a Program Manager. In this role, they closely collaborate with various departments to develop designs, improve costing structures, and identify and solve lead time issues. Mike also conducts project kick-off meetings with customers and maintains continuous improvement process matrices.

Mike Subocz attended Ohlone College from 1994 to 1995, where they studied Techniques of Teaching and earned a degree in Education. Prior to that, they attended C.C.O.C San Jose from 1991 to 1992, where they studied Small Business Administration/Management, although they did not obtain a degree. In their earlier years, they attended Samuel Ayer High from 1971 to 1975, where they completed their General Education. In addition to their education, Mike Subocz has obtained an Advanced 8D Root Cause Corrective Action Training certification from Lam Research in February 2019.
