Sara Fraim

Sara Fraim is the Senior Director of Policy at the Mass Technology Leadership Council, where they have worked since October 2011. In their previous role as the Director of Programs and Executive Director of the MassTLC Education Foundation, Sara was responsible for developing and executing the Council’s program and product strategy, overseeing and orchestrating hundreds of events annually, and cultivating productive relationships with public officials to advocate for the industry’s positions on state and national policies.

Sara has been a key contributor to the Council’s success, leading the Annual State of the Massachusetts Technology Economy report, creating a profitable events organization, providing hundreds of meaningful connections among industry leaders, spearheading the Council’s product/program roadmap, and leading the MassTLC Education Foundation. Under Sara’s leadership, the Mass Technology Leadership Council has become one of the largest and most successful technology associations in Massachusetts.

Sara Fraim has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Public Affairs from the University of Massachusetts Boston.

Sara Fraim reports to Tom Hopcroft, President & CEO. Sara Fraim works with Kelley Duchesne - Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Kara Boudreau - Senior Director, Corporate Development, and Kate McLeod - Vice President.
