Carol Spooner-Short

Carol Spooner-Short has extensive experience in various roles within the transportation and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as an Operations Coordinator at the Mass Transportation Authority in Flint, MI, since April 2006, Carol also works as a Professional Driver at Precision Vehicle Logistics. Prior to these positions, Carol was a Patient Coordinator at DaVita Kidney Care from February 2001 to February 2020 and held the role of Human Resources Coordinator at Chateau Communities Inc. from April 1998 to May 2005. Academically, Carol Spooner-Short holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Phoenix and has pursued education at both Baker College and Mott Community College, alongside completing education at Flint Central High School.
