Shana Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people operations and recruitment. Shana’s career at Nike spanned over 13 years, ultimately holding the position of Operations/Hiring Manager, responsible for full cycle hiring across multiple locations in the Orlando market, staffing and onboarding, and forecasting based on sales trends. Shana is proficient in various software tools, including Taleo, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Workforce Management-Kronos, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida State University.
