Damir Vodenicarevic is the current Chief Technical Officer at Massa Labs. Damir was previously employed as an AI and data scientist at Treezor from March 2018 to June 2021. There, they worked on AI-powered document and transaction graph analysis for fraud detection, terrorism prevention and strategy. Prior to that, Vodenicarevic worked as a PhD student at Centre de Nanosciences et de Nanotechnologies (C2N) from October 2014 to December 2017, where they researched ways to leverage the physics of coupled spintronic nano-oscillators for efficient machine learning on chip. Their activities there included device modeling, circuit simulation, GPU simulations, machine learning, and electronics. Damir has also done research internships at Institut d'Electronique Fondamentale and Centre de Physique des Particules de Marseille (CPPM; CNRS/IN2P3 - Aix-Marseille University). Additionally, Vodenicarevic has experience as a teaching assistant from their time at Polytech Paris-Sud from October 2014 to October 2017.
Damir Vodenicarevic has a Master's Degree in Nanodevices and Nanotechnology from Université Paris-Saclay, a Magistère in Fundamental Physics from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI), a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Chemistry from Aix-Marseille University, and a CPGE in Mathematics and Physics from Lycée Thiers, Marseille. Damir also has a certification from Scuba Schools International in Scuba Diving Certification: SSI Specialty Diver and a certification from Coursera in Deep Learning Specialization.
