Pierre Seznec

Pierre Seznec has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Pierre started their career as an Intern at Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani, where they worked on video and sound processing on embedded systems. Later, they joined NXP Software as a Technology Development Trainee.

In 2014, Pierre worked as an R&D Engineer at ATEME, where they focused on implementing parallelized h264 encoders and optimizing video quality during encoding. Pierre also integrated the Intel VCA encoder into Ateme's products.

From 2016 to 2019, Pierre worked as a Full Stack Developer at Anevia, contributing to the development, integration, and maintenance of their products, particularly on network gateways and OTT/VoD services.

In 2019, Pierre joined Unikname as a Blockchain Developer, leading the development of a NFT-based SSI platform running on a PoS blockchain. Pierre also handled the administration of blockchain validator nodes and created custom transactions for managing and interacting with Unikname NFTs.

In 2022, Pierre worked at YES || NO as a Web3 backend lead developer, where they developed EVM Web3 backend from scratch in Nest.js and implemented a BSC transactions listener using Ethers.

Currently, Pierre is employed at Massa Labs as a Web3 & smart contract developer, starting in October 2022.

Pierre Seznec completed their Licentiate degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Pierre and Marie Curie University between 2008 and 2010. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Polytech Nantes from 2010 to 2013.
