Adam Zeller

Adam Zeller is a seasoned budget and administration professional currently serving as the Director of Budget and Administration for the South Coast Rail project at MBTA since January 2021. Previously, Adam Zeller held the position of Budget Director for Warren for President from September 2019 to December 2020. Adam Zeller has extensive experience in public budgeting, with prior roles as Executive Director of Budget and Operating Budget Director at the New York City Department of Transportation, overseeing a $900 million annual budget. Additional experience includes leadership positions at the New York City Office of Management and Budget, managing substantial budgets for transportation, transit, and social services, as well as work as a Program Examiner at the United States Federal Office of Management and Budget, focusing on environmental programs. Adam Zeller holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Baldwin Wallace College.
