Brendan Paradis, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brendan is currently working at MBTA as the Senior Director of Quality, Compliance, and Oversight, responsible for overseeing a project portfolio worth over $1 billion and managing a team through a period of rapid growth. Prior to this, Brendan worked at Northrop Grumman as a Program Control Manager, where they developed business processes for a large organization and generated financial reports for internal and government purposes. Brendan also served as a Project Controls Manager at Comprehensive Decommissioning International, managing project controls personnel and systems for projects worth over $1.9 billion. Brendan has experience in risk management and project scheduling, having worked as a Risk Program Manager and Senior Project Scheduler at Southern California Edison and as a Project Controls Manager at CB&I. Brendan has also held roles at Lauren Engineers & Constructors, Bartlett Nuclear, Apple Inc, Florida Power & Light, and the Smithsonian Institute, where they gained experience in areas like technical support, environmental analysis, research, and water quality testing.
Brendan Paradis, PMP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management with a concentration in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Brendan also studied Biology & Chemistry at Indian River State College from 2006 to 2009. Brendan is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, with an anticipated completion in 2023. Brendan obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in July 2016.
