Dave Annese

Dave Annese, CPA, MBA, currently serves as an HR Contract & Budget Analyst at MBTA since April 2023, overseeing contracts and budgets, vendor invoicing, and analysis. Prior experience includes working as a Financial Business Consultant from February 2017 to June 2023, with responsibilities ranging from financial reporting on federal grants at Boston University Law to enhancing financial reporting accuracy at Dentaquest. At Philips Lighting, Annese was an FP&A Analyst managing a substantial real estate cost center and earlier held roles including Sr. Financial Analyst focusing on process improvement in real estate accounting and budget management. Additional consulting experience spans valuation modeling for affordable housing and financial analysis for various clients. Annese obtained an MBA from Vanderbilt University and holds a degree from Villanova University.
