Emily Balkam

Emily Balkam serves as the Senior Technical Product Manager for Fares Technology at the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority (MBTA) since April 2020. Previously, Emily held the position of Lead Product Manager at Circulation, Inc., where Emily oversaw the Circulation Ride™ mobile app from September 2018 to April 2020. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at Zagster, Product Development Manager at Dailybreak CP, LLC, and Marketing and Project Manager at BrightFarms. Emily began a career in business development as a Category Manager at Quidsi Inc. and Business Development Manager at Nurture Inc. Emily holds a BS in Economics and Management from Cornell University and has furthered expertise in Product Management and User Experience Design through General Assembly.
