Frank Scabin

Frank Scabin has over three decades of experience in procurement and inventory management. Currently serving as a Procurement Manager Project Subject Matter Expert at MBTA since October 2004, Frank previously held roles including Supervisor of Inventory, Planning and Purchasing, and Buyer within the same organization. Prior to MBTA, Frank worked at Abbott Laboratories from April 1991 to August 2004 as a Planner, contributing valuable expertise in planning and purchasing throughout a substantial career in diverse sectors.
