Justin Burley

Justin Burley serves as the Deputy Director of Financial Systems at the MBTA since January 2024. Previously, Justin held various leadership roles at Boston Children's Hospital from August 2001 to May 2023, including Director of Financial and Administrative Applications, where responsibility encompassed a team of over 20 professionals supporting Epic, ERP, and third-party systems. Justin also managed application support teams for financial operations as Manager of Financial and Patient Admin Applications, and provided IT systems support as Manager of IT Systems, overseeing significant hardware installations. Earlier career experience includes managerial positions at BuyerZone.com, Bank of America, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Justin holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Information Systems and Accountancy from Bentley University.
