Kathleen Meditz

Kathleen Meditz is a seasoned Senior Product Designer at MBTA since April 2021, previously serving as a Senior UX Designer at Ad Hoc LLC, where design leadership was provided for the authentication experience on Healthcare.gov and Medicare. Prior to this, Kathleen held various roles at MBTA from May 2016 to April 2021, starting as a UX Researcher focused on redesigning the public-facing website and advancing to UX Designer & Researcher for mbta.com and internal operational tools. Educationally, Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies and Philosophy from Clark University and completed a User Experience Design Career Accelerator at General Assembly in 2016. Additional experience includes roles at EF College Study Tours and Clark University Study Abroad Office.
