Kyndal Feinman

Kyndal Feinman currently serves as the Director of Lean Strategy at MBTA, with a focus on data-driven continuous improvement and organizational change utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology. Previous roles include Director of Policy & External Relations at Housing Forward-MA and a Public Policy Intern at Amazon. Feinman has extensive experience in local government, having worked as Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff for Boston City Councilor Josh Zakim, overseeing legislative activity and managing external relations. Early career experience includes a Writing and Production Internship at The White House and roles in leadership and refugee resettlement programs. Kyndal Feinman holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
