Lindsay Gothing

Lindsay Gothing currently serves as an Employee Relations Partner at MBTA, having assumed the role in November 2023. Prior to this position, Lindsay worked as an HR Manager for the City of Worcester from October 2021 to November 2023, overseeing recruitment and administration for the Department of Public Works & Parks. With extensive experience in HR functions from a long tenure at Wegmans Food Markets between November 2008 and October 2021, Lindsay was involved in employee advocacy, recruitment, employee relations, and various administrative support roles. Lindsay's educational background includes a Human Resource Management degree from St. John Fisher University and an Associate's degree from Finger Lakes Community College.
