Deputy Director, AFC Software Quality Assurance at Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority

Lynne O'Neill has extensive experience in the transportation and marketing sectors, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Automated Fare Collection (AFC) Software Quality Assurance and AFC Revenue Operations at MBTA since December 2007. In this role, Lynne oversees the MBTA Pass Sales Programs, managing operations that generate over $150 million in annual revenue and supervising external contractors to meet financial and service goals. Prior to MBTA, Lynne worked as a Marketing/Programs Manager at Fareways, Inc., coordinating fare media distribution programs and managing fulfillment processes for a large customer base. Lynne's earlier experience includes a role as GBAR Marketing Manager at the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, where marketing initiatives led to a 50% revenue increase for educational programs. Lynne began education at Boston College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing at Suffolk University.
