Maribel Kelly

Maribel Kelly has extensive experience in the field of capital delivery and project management, currently serving as the Deputy Chief of Capital Delivery at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) since April 2006. Over the years, Maribel has held several key positions within MBTA, including Senior Director of Commuter Rail Modernization Programs and Senior Project Manager for various initiatives such as the Capital Delivery and Positive Train Control Programs. Prior to joining MBTA, Maribel worked as a Resident Engineer at Graña y Montero S.A. from 1996 to 2001. Maribel Kelly holds a degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
