Marie Mercurio

Marie Mercurio, AICP, currently serves as a Project Manager on the Transit Oriented Development Team at MBTA, beginning in June 2023. Prior to this role, Mercurio worked as a Project Manager at FSL 44 Robeson LLC, where responsibilities included managing residential development projects and expedited city permits. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Boston Community Ventures, overseeing a large real estate portfolio and facilitating project financial feasibility. Mercurio's career began as a Senior Planner III at the Boston Planning & Development Agency, where long-range neighborhood planning and community engagement were key focus areas. Academically, Mercurio holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from Penn State University.
