Paula Degloria

Paula DeGloria has extensive experience in executive administrative support, currently serving as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to both the General Manager and the Chief Safety Officer at the MBTA since August 2020. Prior roles include Executive Assistant and Office Manager at G.T. Reilly & Company from 2017 to April 2020, where Paula managed executive support for top-level professionals and led a team of administrative assistants. Earlier experiences include caregiving and freelance dog grooming while self-employed from 2014 to 2017, a Marketing Proposal Coordinator role at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. in 2013-2014, and various administrative positions at Honeywell (2003-2013), Arthur Blank & Company (2000-2001), and Safety 1st, Inc. (1997-2000). Paula holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Katharine Gibbs School.
