Rashmi Bajwan

Rashmi Bajwan, CSPO®, is an experienced business analyst currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at MBTA since May 2023. Previously, Rashmi held key positions including Senior Manager of Business Analysis at Dr Lal PathLabs and Wealth Management Analyst at Elite Wealth Ltd. Rashmi has also contributed as an Assistant Manager at Naukri.com and as the Founder of Atandritah Jewellery. In addition to these roles, Rashmi co-founded and served as Director at MINDS Institute for Development of Skills. Earlier career experiences include working as a Product Category Manager at Snapdeal and an Assistant Manager at Axis Bank. Rashmi’s academic credentials include a Master of Science in Data Science from UMass Boston, a PGDM in Marketing and Finance from the New Delhi Institute of Management, and a Bachelor's of Business in Marketing from La Trobe University.
