David Kluft

David Kluft is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal community. Currently serving as Assistant Bar Counsel at the Massachusetts Office of Bar Counsel since January 2020, Kluft is also a member of the Ethics Committee at the Boston Bar Association and has been on the Board of Directors for Greater Boston Legal Services since 2015. Previously, Kluft was a Partner and Co-Chair of the Advertising and Marketing Law Group at Foley Hoag LLP until January 2020, specializing in litigation, trademark, and copyright law. Kluft's earlier roles include serving on the Board of Editors for the Boston Bar Journal and as a Special Assistant District Attorney. Kluft holds a JD from Boston University School of Law, an MFA from Temple University, a BA from Brown University, and completed secondary education at Friends Central School.
